Discounts to which SC Members and their travel companions are entitled: a 15% discount
▪ off all deals offered by Budapest and rural Hungarian hotels and off the daily price of London based Danubius hotel featured on the www.danubiushotels.com Website, with no change to other conditions appearing in the offer (exception: those special offers for which the Service Provider has indicated that no further discounts can be validated)
▪ off all deals offered by Budapest and rural Hungarian hotels and off the daily price of foreign hotels featured on the www.ensanahotels.com/en Website, with no change to other conditions appearing in the offer (exception: those special offers for which the Service Provider has indicated that no further discounts can be validated). This 15% discount applies to all special deals found on the Web sites of every Hungarian and London based Danubius hotel, as well as every Hungarian and foreign Ensana hotel (exception: those special offers for which the Service Provider has indicated that no further discounts can be validated). However, the discount cannot be used in combination with any other percent discount coupon or benefit, or with card, club, or coupon discounts. The number of rooms made available for the program is limited. Employees arrange the bookings with Hungarian and foreign hotels themselves, directly. Bookings are then confirmed by the hotel in question, depending on availability.
How to book a room using this discount:
▪ SC Member sends the booking request from his/her company e-mail address to the desired hotel’s electronic booking address (in case of London based Danubius hotel: sales@danubiushotels.com; in case of a foreign Ensana hotel, requests must be sent to the info@ensanahotels.com e-mail address) with indication of their SC membership;
▪ SC Member reserves by using the code (ask Social Club for the code) on the www.danubiushotels.com or www.ensanahotels.com/en website (with the exception of Hilton Budapest and Radisson BLU Béke Hotel where the discounted rates can exclusively be ensured upon direct booking with the room reservation of these hotels);
▪ In the event the SC Member does not have a company e-mail address, he/she may send the request from a personal address, in which case he/she is obliged to verify his/her SC membership on-site in some form.
Payment for services shall be made by the members individually, according to the conditions stated in the booking confirmation.
With bookings payable on-site members can pay for services rendered by the Service Provider after use of the service – upon departure – in cash or via bank card or (in Hungary) SZÉP card. Upon arrival, the Service Provider may ask the Guest for a payment guarantee in the form of a cash deposit or bank card.
