Registration is free for all EM employees (including the ones on Maternity or Sabbatical leave) and agency workers (special type of contractors), for family members & other contractors (e.g. service contractor) the registration fee is 6000 HUF per year. Outside of EM families we do not accept registration requests.
1. Please fill the Social Club Registation Form and
2. Register on Social Club Internal Sharepoint site:
a) If you have GBC contact (Family members with access to corporate network). Ask him or her to follow the goto/BSCSocialClubRegistration link on his/her company PC to register and upload the form for you.
OR
b) or send the electronic copy to bscsocialclub.budapest@exxonmobil.com and we will complete the registration on your behalf.
3. For family members you can pay the registration fee via
* webshop (OTP simplepay and SZEP card options are avaliable)
* Bank transfer to 12011351- 00150044- 00100003 (Account owner: BSC Egyesulet, Comment: Name, year, EM contact)
As of now physical membership card is not required for majority of our programs. However, if you don't have EM corporate badge we can issue a membership card for you what you can use to pick up certain passes or tickets. Please carefuly check each offer for any specific requirements (e.g. for AYCM you don't need any membership card or number).
